Shipping policy
We ship for free from Italy to the world with Fedex and DPD. According to our estimates, our creations will arrive in 3-4 business days. For personalized products, two additional days are needed.
Return policy
If for any reason the client is unhappy with any of our products or their size, he can either return them to us and receive a refund or exchange them based on stock availability, all within fifteen (15) days from the receipt of the product. The process is easy for all orders.
In case of exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back. However, the customer will have to pay for shipping the old item back to us (12€ from inside the EU and 24€ outside the EU).
In case of returns without exchanges, we will withhold from the reimbursement the cost for shipping the old item back to us (12€ from inside the EU and 24€ outside the EU).
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that was received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase it also needed.
To start a return, our customers can contact us at info@vestieri.com. If the return is accepted, we’ll send the instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers can always contact us for any return questions at info@vestieri.com.
Damages and issues
The client should contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if he receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized goods or sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the return, and let the client know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the client will be automatically refunded on the original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
